Return of goods within 14 days

Are you not satisfied with the ordered goods?

You have the right to return your shipment completely within the legal period of 14 days from the moment you received it. Or we will exchange the goods for another one of your choice.

A purchase contract is created by sending an order for goods to the e-shop www.resonancia.cz. It is possible to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods (e.g. at the post office counter, from the carrier GEIS, DPD, PPL,...).

Notice of withdrawal from the purchase contract

Please send us a notice of consumer withdrawal from the purchase contract electronically to the address poradna@resonancia.cz and also include it in the shipment with the goods.

Pack the returned goods in the original, undamaged packaging to prevent damage during transport. Do not send goods cash on delivery - the shipment will not be accepted!

Attach a copy of the purchase receipt you received at the time of purchase to the returned item.

We will send the money for the returned goods to your bank account no later than 14 days after the goods have been delivered to our address. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer - that is, you.

What goods cannot be returned?

Except for complaints, only goods can be returned in the original, undamaged packaging, with the labels intact.
