Recommended dosage

1–3 packets daily

maximum daily dose: 3 packets

Recommended use: ideally 20–30 minutes before physical activity; may also be taken during and after activity.

For best results, it is recommended to drink the water on an empty stomach, or at least 15 minutes before a meal, or no sooner than 1 hour after a meal.

Heating hydrogen-rich water

If you prefer warm hydrogen-rich water, you can place the packet in a warm water bath before opening and heat it to the desired temperature (max. 40 °C). You need not worry about quality or safety: the packaging is BPA-free, and the inner layer in contact with the water is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). This material is safe for contact with drinking water and is commonly used. Heating has no negative effect on the water’s parameters or properties.
