Amla (Emblica officinalis) Indian gooseberry is one of the oldest edible Indian fruits with a wide range of health benefits. A source of vitamins (high in vitamin C), amino acids and minerals (including iron, phosphorus, calcium) and plant substances with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties such as phenols, tannins, filembelic acid, rutin and curcuminoids. Ayurvedic medicine recommends amla fruit for problems with the digestive system (constipation, stomach problems, liver regeneration).

• Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) is a fruit full of health-promoting phytochemicals: tannins, ellagic and gallic acids, flavones, proteins and valuable fatty acids: palmitic, oleic and linoleic. Known in Ayurveda for its powerful cleansing properties, it is used to support regenerative and detoxification processes in the body. It has a beneficial effect on blood sugar levels, regulates insulin sensitivity and helps control body weight. Its antibacterial and antiviral properties are used successfully.
