A multifunctional preparation of particular importance for the circulatory system and the skeleton. The new formula contains a 33% increase in the concentration of omega 3 fatty acids, amino acids, peptides and fish collagen. The effects of calcium and vitamin D in the formula are complemented by vitamin K2 MK-7, which is essential for normal functioning. Revicoll Omega Plus is a complementary dietary supplement rich in a wide range of minerals and trace elements that the body cannot synthesize on its own and therefore must obtain from the outside, from the diet.
More

The state of the cardiovascular system and skeleton has a key influence on the functioning of the entire body. The normal functioning of these systems depends not only on a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, but also to a large extent on substances that the human body cannot synthesize on its own and it is important to supply them in sufficient quantities, for example through the diet. This is why a properly designed, complete supplementation is so important.

The new Revicoll Omega Plus is a unique product: complementary and multifunctional, with important significance for the circulatory system and the skeletal system. It contains a perfect combination of amino acids, peptides and fish collagen, fat-soluble vitamins and a rich variety of minerals and trace elements that the body cannot synthesize on its own and must therefore obtain externally from the diet. Thanks to a change in the lyophilization process, the concentration levels of amino acids, peptides and proteins have increased by 30-33%. One capsule contains 110-120 mg of these life-giving elements, coming from the best natural source, such as fish.

Importantly, the new generation product also contains vitamin K (K2MK7). Its role in the regulation of the circulatory system and skeletal function is as important as that of vitamin D3 and calcium. The interrelationship between vitamin K2MK-7, calcium from fish, vitamin D3 as well as amino acids and fish peptides protects against osteoporosis and guarantees the maintenance of healthy bones, joints, tendons and skin, as well as the normal functioning of the circulatory system.

The product is a rich source of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids 3 obtained from selected fish species. Omega-3 acids need to be supplied by the diet because the human body cannot synthesize them in sufficient quantities. Thanks to their presence in the product, the body gains access to EPA and DHA fatty acids with a very high and unique concentration. The use of Omega 3 acids helps to reduce the levels of "bad" LDL cholesterol and triglycerides while increasing the levels of "good" HDL cholesterol. It also reduces blood clotting and thus protects the heart and vascular system.

Each capsule also contains 60 mg of calcium, which is increasingly scarce in food. Research shows that the market is dominated by highly processed, "milk-like" products that have little in common with a source of good-for-you calcium. Calcium affects the health of bones, joints, tendons and skin. The normal functioning of calcium is synergistically influenced by amino acids and fish peptides and vitamin K2MK-7. In addition, calcium together with vitamin C protects the body against atherosclerosis and heart attacks - the most common diseases of civilisation.

Another component of the preparation - vitamin D - was obtained from lanolin derived from sheep wool, thanks to which it shows 70% higher absorption than its plant equivalent. Vitamin D is essential for people of all ages, it participates in the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus, it is recommended for the prevention of rickets, osteomalacia - softening of bones (which affects more than 10% of the population) and osteoporosis. It has a beneficial effect on the durability of bones and teeth, promotes their restoration and regeneration, improves the work of muscles and strengthens the immune system. The daily dose of Revicoll Omega Plus represents 400% of the recommended daily dose of this vitamin.

The new formula of Revicoll Omega Plus has been enriched with an extremely rare vitamin K (K2MK-7). Its role in skeletal function and maintenance of normal bone health is as important as that of vitamin D. A deficiency of this vitamin can lead to a reduction in bone mass, resulting in osteoporosis and subsequently an increased risk of fractures. Vitamin K2 is also important in the prevention of cardiovascular disease as it prevents calcification of the blood vessels. It prevents calcium phosphate from depositing on the walls of the blood vessels and causes it to reach the right place, i.e. the bones.

Vitamin E, which is invaluable in the prevention of cardiovascular disease, cannot be missing in Revicoll Omega Plus. By simultaneously increasing the rate of breakdown of "bad" LDL cholesterol and increasing the level of "good" HDL cholesterol, it prevents blood clots and normalizes heart rhythm.

Vitamin E protects the body's cells from the adverse effects of free radicals, supports the immune system and is extremely useful in the treatment of skin diseases. Two capsules of the product contain 100% of the recommended daily dose of this "vitamin of youth", which is called vitamin E.

A daily dose of Revicoll Omega Plus covers 100% of the recommended daily dose of vitamin A, which, by regulating the activity of bone tissue, influences the normal growth and development of the body and thus ensures the normal functioning of bones and teeth. Vitamin A influences the normal condition and functioning of the skin, hair and nails. It regulates the growth and development of epithelial tissue. Through participation in the capture of visual stimuli registered in the retina of the eye, it influences normal vision (especially at night). It is responsible for the production of hormones. It has intense antioxidant properties and thus anticancer effects.

The effects of Revicoll Omega Plus are complemented by a set of over 25 amino acids, minerals and trace elements essential for the normal functioning of the body, which it cannot synthesize on its own.

Omega 3 acids

These acids support a number of important functions in the body:

- Omega 3 acids, especially DHA, make up 60% of the fats necessary for normal brain function, and are also essential for building cell membranes

- they are also responsible for the normal functioning of the retina. These two acids form the fatty basis of the retina

- the appropriate amount of omega 3 acids is also essential in the processes of spermatogenesis. They are needed to maintain sperm motility

- they have an effect on reducing levels of harmful LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, while increasing levels of beneficial HDL cholesterol

- they also reduce excessive blood clotting, thereby protecting the heart and vascular system

- omega-3 acids from marine fish have a preventive effect against the development of Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease

- there is a strong link between omega-3s and depression, the more omega-3s in the body, the lower the risk of depression

- they are also involved in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and degenerative connective tissue diseases

- play an important role in cancer prevention

- they also prevent degenerative changes in the lining of the colon.

Calcium

It is a building and regulatory element in the body. There are approximately 1000 grams of calcium in the adult body, 99% of which is found in the bones and teeth. The rest, or the remaining 1%, is found in the plasma. A healthy person's body absorbs 20% - 30% of the calcium found in food. A high dietary calcium content only slightly increases calcium absorption. This is due to the existence of the intestinal barrier, which regulates the amount of calcium absorption. Calcium stores in the non-bone cells of the human body are replenished even 30 times a day. If the cells lack this element and the normal functioning of the nervous system is compromised, the body subsequently obtains it from the bones. With normal calcium levels we have strong bones, healthy teeth, normal blood clotting. Vitamin D, lactate and citrate promote calcium absorption in the digestive tract. Calcium is a very active element. It does not occur in ionized form, only in various chemical compounds, so it is difficult for the body to absorb.

Properties of calcium:

- regulates blood clotting

- reduces the fragility of blood vessels, increases their permeability

- calcium in conjunction with vitamin C protects the body against atherosclerosis and heart attacks - the most common diseases of civilisation

- reduces allergic reactions

- controls muscle contraction and relaxation

- regulates the nervous system by improving the transmission of nerve impulses

- supports the effects of many very important enzymes

- has a positive effect on fertility and child bearing

- helps in the removal of heavy metals from the body

- forms the basic constituents of bones, teeth and nails

- strengthens hair

- prevents osteoporosis, reduces the risk of bone fractures, is responsible for maintaining normal muscle function - controls muscle contraction and relaxation, thus positively affecting the risk of falling

- lowers blood pressure

- powerful antioxidant, anti-stress

Vitamin A

Belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins. It is one of more than a thousand compounds with the common name retinoids, most of which are obtained synthetically. Bile acids and vitamin E (tocopherol) are involved in the processes of absorption of vitamin A from the digestive tract.

The functions of vitamin A in the body are varied:

- affects the normal condition and functioning of the skin, hair nails

- regulates the growth and development of epithelial tissue

- through participation in the capture of visual stimuli registered in the retina of the eye, affects normal vision (especially at night).

- influences the normal growth and development of the body by regulating the activity of bone tissue, thus ensuring the functioning of bones and teeth

- is responsible for the production of hormones

- has intense antioxidant properties and thus anti-cancer effects

Vitamin E

It belongs to a group of compounds known as tocopherols. It is the main antioxidant found in cells and is also called the "vitamin of youth".

Properties of vitamin E:

- provides important protection against the action of free radicals and thus protects cells from oxidation

- plays an important role in supplying the body's cells with cellular components

- slows down the oxidation of LDL cholesterol and thus slows down the formation of atherosclerotic plaques

- prevents the formation of blood clots in the blood vessels, therefore its use is recommended for people with high cholesterol levels and for the prevention of myocardial infarction

- it is useful in the treatment of male infertility

- participates in the processes of absorption of vitamin A from the digestive tract

Vitamin D

It is formed in plants exposed to ultraviolet rays and is produced in the skin of humans and animals. It is one of the few vitamins that the body produces itself in the skin by sunlight from provitamin D3, which is converted into active vitamin D. According to research, approximately 90% of Czechs suffer from vitamin D deficiency.

The roles of vitamin D:

It performs an important function in regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism and bone formation, stimulates the absorption of calcium and phosphorus from the intestines and also reduces the amount of calcium excreted from the body

protects against a wide range of civilisation diseases and also against cancer

it is essential for the normal formation of the skeletal system

has an indirect positive effect on the nervous system and muscle contraction, including the heart

plays an important role in the regulation of calcium and phosphorus metabolism and bone formation, stimulates the absorption of calcium and phosphorus from the intestines and reduces the excretion of calcium from the body

has a beneficial effect on normal muscle function, thereby reducing the risk of falls and fractures

plays an important role in the normal functioning of the immune system and the normal course of inflammatory reactions

Vitamin K (K2MK-7)

Its role in skeletal function and maintenance of normal bone health is as important as that of vitamin D. Osteocalcin, a protein synthesized in the osteoblasts, the cells responsible for bone formation, depends on it to function. The role of osteocalcin is to bind calcium in the bones. A lack of vitamin K2 makes osteocalcin inactive and therefore unable to perform its role. This can lead to loss of bone mass, osteoporosis, and thus an increased risk of fractures.

Vitamin K2 is also important in the prevention of cardiovascular disease. One of the causes of cardiovascular disease is the loss of elasticity of blood vessels due to calcium phosphate deposition. Vitamin K2 prevents calcification of blood vessels. A protein called MGP is found in the blood serum that binds calcium phosphate, preventing it from depositing in the blood vessels. Its functioning depends on vitamin K2 - if it is deficient, the MGP protein is inactive and cannot slow down the calcification process.

Revicoll Omega Plus contains a rich variety of minerals and trace elements that the body cannot synthesize on its own and therefore must obtain them from the outside, from the diet.

The effects of these substances are important for the normal functioning of the human body:

Molybdenum - an essential trace element. It participates in important metabolic processes (including the carbon, nitrogen and sulphur cycle). It affects the attainment of normal adult height and is essential for the excretion of waste products from the body such as uric acid and sulphur compounds. This element can prevent the development of some cancers.

Phosphorus - a mineral essential for the proper functioning of every cell in the body. Almost 85% of phosphorus is found in bones and teeth in the form of hydroxylapatite (salts of calcium and phosphorus), the rest is involved in important biochemical reactions, i.e. energy production inside cells, synthesis of DNA, enzymes, hormones, maintaining a stable pH level in the body, oxygen transfer by red blood cells, formation of cell membranes. This element also plays an important function in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

Copper - a trace element that is part of hemocyanin, plays an important role in the formation of red blood cells, positively affects the membrane on the surface of neurocytes, participates in the transmission of nerve impulses. It is part of superoxide dismutase, an enzyme that protects cell membranes from free radicals. In addition, it is involved in the formation of connective tissue (the binding of elastin and collagen molecules catalysed by lysyl oxidase) and the synthesis of prostaglandins - compounds called local hormones that affect, among other things, heart function and blood pressure.

Cobalt - a trace element that is part of vitamin B12, also occurs as inorganic cobalt. It is present in all tissues of the body. The highest concentration of cobalt is in the liver, kidneys and bones. This element stimulates the formation of red blood cells, slows the growth of tumors. The presence of cobalt in the body is necessary for the formation of new blood cells, the myelin sheath that surrounds the nerves, the transmission of genetic information in the reproduction of cells, necessary in the formation of neurotransmitters.

Sodium - a trace element essential for life. It mainly regulates water management in the body. Responsible for the level of hydration of cells and tissues, it also plays an important role in maintaining adequate excitability of nerve and muscle cells. Together with potassium, it is responsible for maintaining proper osmotic pressure in the blood. It protects the body from excessive fluid loss.

Iron - a mineral that performs a very important function in the body. It is part of hemoglobin, which transports oxygen. In addition, it is necessary for normal growth, development and regeneration of tissues. Iron stimulates immunity, supports the fight against free radicals and reduces the feeling of fatigue. Iron deficiency is most often caused by an improper diet containing too little of this mineral. Iron is essential for pregnant women because it affects the proper development of the fetus and prevents anemia.

Potassium - an element necessary for the proper functioning of the body. It participates in the transfer of nutrients to the interior of cells. It plays an important function in the regulation of water management in the body, control of blood pressure and the work of the kidneys. Along with sodium and chlorine, potassium is one of the essential electrolyte components in the cells of the human body. Potassium readily penetrates cell membranes and supplies nutrients to cells while helping to remove metabolic products from the body. It stimulates the secretion of insulin and is involved in the burning of carbohydrates and proteins. It is essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system and muscle work. It participates in the oxygenation of the brain, thus improving the ability to think and concentrate.

It has a beneficial effect on blood vessels, protecting against atherosclerosis. This element activates anti-carcinogenic factors, prevents diseases of the cardiovascular system, has antiproliferative (inhibitory) and anti-inflammatory effects. It prevents the development of cataracts and macular degeneration (central vision disorders). It prevents the harmful accumulation of heavy metals and certain toxic compounds. It is a component of over 20 enzymes that are mainly involved in oxidative metabolism. Thanks to this, it protects the organism from free radicals. It is also indirectly involved in the metabolism of fatty acids and influences the synthesis of thyroid hormones. It plays an important role in the synthesis of DNA and RNA. In synergy with vitamin E, it delays the aging of cells and tissues and helps maintain their elasticity.

Lysine - an amino acid necessary for the formation of all proteins. It helps in the absorption of calcium, but is also actively involved in the formation of antibodies, hormones, enzymes and collagen. It restores muscle tissue and skin, so it is advisable to take it after surgical procedures. However, the greatest benefit of lysine amino acids is that they are essential for the formation of all proteins. They help in the absorption of calcium, and are also actively involved in the formation of antibodies, hormones, enzymes and collagen. They rebuild muscle tissue and skin, so it is advisable to take them after surgical procedures. However, the greatest benefit of lysine is the control of tumor metastasis, triglyceride levels, and restoration of damaged artery walls. It relieves the symptoms of colds, flu and cold sores, improves concentration.

Leucine - an amino acid that protects against catabolism, or the breakdown of muscle fibers. It most effectively helps in the process of muscle fiber regeneration. It represents a source of energy responsible for breaking down the feeling of fatigue during physical exertion.

Methionine - an important regulator of the nervous and muscular system, is particularly important for maintaining the normal growth and condition of these cells. It neutralizes free radicals, thus exerting a stabilizing effect on DNA and thus protecting the body against cancer. It regulates the activity of the thyroid gland and, with regular use, prevents the formation of urinary and gallstones. Beneficially affects the appearance of skin, hair and nails.

In addition, it is necessary for the proper course of lactation, regulates metabolism, has a beneficial effect on carbohydrate metabolism in the body. It increases immunity, its contribution is necessary for the formation of muscle tissue, and in children it interacts with growth hormone.

Hydroxyproline - precursor of collagen synthesis, helps in the restoration of elastin fibres. It prevents the formation of stretch marks and effectively reduces the existing ones. Stimulates the process of lipolysis, thus helping to remove toxins, brightens the skin.

Proline - strengthens the walls of the arteries and has a beneficial effect on the overall performance of the body. It plays an important role in protein synthesis - in this respect, its need increases most, for example, during growth, illness, wound healing or in active athletes. Proline is an important component of connective tissue proteins, especially collagen, which is essential for the proper functioning of joints and tendons, but is also responsible for skin elasticity.

Histidine - improves the oxygen supply to cells, together with arginine and serine it positively affects the immune system. It is involved in the protection of the body from UV radiation and also in the formation of haemoglobin.

Arginine - used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction and infertility in men, improves blood circulation in the skin, thus preventing e.g. hair loss. Supplementation with arginine restores proper nitric oxide synthesis, thereby supporting the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, coronary artery disease and heart rhythm disorders.
